About the Role
A reputable law firm in Krugersdorp is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in conveyancing and be able to work on a transfer file from inception to end. Bilingualism in Afrikaans and English is mandatory, and the ideal candidate should have access to reliable transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transfers from start to finish
- Conduct research and analysis as required
- Prepare and submit documents to relevant authorities
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in conveyancing
