Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a hands-on, energetic Food and Beverage Anchor to join a luxury private reserve in the Kalahari. This role is for someone who thrives on the floor, engaging with guests, elevating service, and ensuring the front-of-house team delivers exceptional hospitality at every turn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a visible and active presence on the floor, leading by example in service delivery.

• Train, mentor, and support the waiter team to maintain high standards and consistency.

• Demonstrate exceptional wine knowledge and confidently guide guests through pairings and experiences.

• Elevate current food and beverage offerings, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with the management and culinary teams to ensure seamless service operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-end lodge environments.

• Strong leadership and team training skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and guest-facing skills.

• Exceptional wine knowledge and an enthusiasm for elevating food and beverage experiences.

• Energetic, hands-on approach with a focus on being present in service areas.
