Role Purpose Drive operational competency, safety compliance, and performance through coaching, mentorship, and training. Key Responsibilities Facilitate training sessions and develop COPs/SOPs Mentor staff, review goals, and assess performance Maintain training records, conduct gap analyses, and ensure compliance Requirements Grade 12 Diploma in Training & Development Assessor, Facilitator, Moderator certifications 8 years in open-cast mining Valid driver’s license MS Office proficiency, strong communication, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure
