A leading open-cast mining operator in the Northern Cape, committed to safety and workforce development, urgently seeks an experienced Workplace Coach.
Role Purpose
Drive operational competency, safety compliance, and performance through coaching, mentorship, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training sessions and develop COPs/SOPs
- Mentor staff, review goals, and assess performance
- Maintain training records, conduct gap analyses, and ensure compliance
Requirements
- Grade 12 + Diploma in Training & Development
- Assessor, Facilitator, Moderator certifications
- 8+ years in open-cast mining
- Valid drivers license
- MS Office proficiency, strong communication, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure
