This position is responsible for the following: Conducts routine and non-routine inspections Investigates member complaints Secures compliance to collective agreements and advises stakeholders on exemption procedure Registers new members Issues compliance orders, plans and organizes conciliations and conducts conciliations and arbitrations to secure an award. Maintains a healthy relations with all stake holders Conducts industry demarcation inspections Conducts job grading inspections Actively identifies non registered members Plans and organises regional meetings to report on progress to relevant stakeholders Report writing Extensive drivingREQUIREMENTS: Diploma in Labour Relations/ LLB / Industrial Relations/ Employee Relations Minimum 3 years working experience in a dispute resolution /compliance environment Broad & specific understanding of the statutory rules, legal processes, legal language of the job and the relevant labour legislation Exceptional conflict handling experiences Mediation experience is an advantage Report writing experience Strong administrative experience Drivers licence and must own reliable vehicle Please send your CV and certified copies of your ID and qualification Closing Date 20 February 2026
