About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal, with a strong background in the Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple departments within a Truck Dealership environment
- Lead a team to achieve business objectives and goals
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability
- Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years experience as a Branch Manager within the Automotive Industry
- Strong Working Knowledge of Automotive General Management disciplines
- Leadership experience managing multiple departments
- Ability to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive Dealership environment
Qualifications
- A Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (advantageous)
