We are looking for one (1) qualified and SACPCMP-registered Construction Project Manager to manage a major project in KwaZulu-Natal. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate project teams and resources, monitor schedules and budgets, and mail.Basic Function / Key Responsibilities:Lead, plan, and manage all on-site construction activitiesCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestonesMonitor and enforce compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standardTrack progress on the construction schedule and report regularly to senior managementManage site logistics, workforce allocation, and resource planningEnsure adherence to contractual obligations and company policiesResolve on-site issues efficiently to minimize impact on timelines or budgetRepresent the company in client and stakeholder meetings when requiredQualifications & Experience:Registration with SACPCMP as a Construction Project Manager CMP (proof of registration required)Additional Requirements:Willingness to work and be based in Kwazulu-Natal for the duration of the projectMinimum 510 years of Project management experience on large-scale infrastructure projectsStrong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skillsProficient in project management tools, reporting, and schedulingExcellent knowledge of construction health and safety regulations Mandatory requirements:Must have a valid driving licence.
