About the Role
Takora Pty Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Senior Building Resident Engineer to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing building projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards, and providing technical expertise to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise engineering teams and coordinate project activities
- Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
- Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor of Technology Degree or National Diploma in Civil Engineering
- 8-10 years of supervisory engineering experience
- Experience in wet services like sewer, water, stormwater, and parking areas
- Experience in Electrical and Mechanical installations
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Projects
- Valid driver’s license

Salary & Benefits
Salary: R600 000 – R700 000 per annum.
