About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Senior Kids Club Activist to join our luxury Big 5 safari lodge in KwaZulu-Natal. As a live-in role, this position is ideal for someone who loves working with children, thrives in outdoor environments, and can deliver safe, fun, and conservation-led activities within a Big 5 setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage young guests through daily nature-based programmes, crafts, storytelling, and games
- Ensure a structured, safe, and enriching experience for all children at all times
- Maintain appropriate child-to-staff ratios and sign-in/sign-out procedures
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate educational and creative activities
- Introduce basic conservation concepts, wildlife awareness, and environmental responsibility
- Communicate clearly and professionally with parents regarding schedules and activities
- Complete attendance registers, logs, and incident reports as required
