About the Role
We are seeking two Technical Sales Consultants to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal, with a focus on plants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, while driving sales growth and expanding our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport with clients and colleagues through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Provide technical support and guidance on plant-related products
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance expectations
Requirements
- Diploma/degree in Agriculture (advantageous)
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales
- Previous crop farming experience (essential)
- Passion for plants
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently
- Excellent planning skills
