About the Role

We are seeking two Technical Sales Consultants to join our team in KwaZulu-Natal, with a focus on plants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, while driving sales growth and expanding our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with clients and colleagues through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Provide technical support and guidance on plant-related products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance expectations

Requirements

  • Diploma/degree in Agriculture (advantageous)
  • At least 2 years of experience in technical sales
  • Previous crop farming experience (essential)
  • Passion for plants
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent planning skills
