About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Toyota Master Service Advisor to join our top Toyota dealership in Kwazulu-Natal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless vehicle maintenance experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repair services
- Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct vehicle inspections and prepare reports as needed
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle history
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a motor dealership environment
- Proven expertise in Toyota vehicles and maintenance services
