RESPONSIBILITIES: Sports Coordination & Administration Develop and implement a strategic sports plan for middle school. Organize fixtures, tournaments, and sports festivals in collaboration with other schools and leagues. Maintain accurate sports calendars and communicate updates via school platforms (e.g., D6, Google Calendar). Manage logistics: transport bookings, equipment, and venue arrangements. Collect and track data for house points, results, and awards. Ensure compliance with safety and health standards during sports activities. Coaching & Student Development Provide hands-on coaching for selected sports teams. Support coaches with training and development opportunities. Promote participation and teamwork among students. Assist in designing and implementing a dynamic Physical Education program. Communication & Liaison Act as the primary contact for parents regarding sports events. Coordinate with teachers, coaches, and grounds staff for smooth operations. Prepare and distribute letters, alerts, and team lists promptly. Marketing & Events Support (Optional/Secondary) Capture and share sports event highlights for school marketing. Assist with school functions and parent engagement activities. Teaching Responsibilities (Limited Role) Teach Physical Education classes as scheduled. Contribute to student well-being through active participation in the academic environment.
