Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Spa Manager to support the daily operations of our spa and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The Assistant Spa Manager will assist in managing staff, maintaining high service standards, and driving overall spa performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Spa Manager in daily spa operations and administrative duties. Supervise and support spa therapists and reception staff, ensuring high standards of service. Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring. Handle guest queries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards in the spa. Support stock control, ordering, and basic administrative tasks. Promote spa services and products to maximize revenue. Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures. Job Specifications / Requirements: Qualification in Beauty Therapy, Somatology, Spa Management, or a related field. Minimum 23 years experience in a spa or wellness environment. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong customer service skills and professional attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills. Ability to maintain high standards under pressure while fostering a positive work environment.
