Customer Care Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care, Pre-Owned Stock Management Ensure best stock purchases based on accurate residual values to assist the new car department. Aged stock management. Performance Management – Coach team where necessary by providing constructive feedback and mutual productivity plans for effective performance. Continue to drive improvement in all aspects of the sales environment.
