Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth within the assigned area. Collaborating with the product development team to design and develop innovative solutions. Providing expert advice to agents on the use of products across various crops. Assisting distributors in developing tailored solutions for crop-related challenges. Coordinating logistics and supply chain arrangements for depots, ensuring efficient stock management. Managing sales forecasts within the area, ensuring accurate planning for each depot or sales agent. Delivering training sessions on Agricultural products and crop solutions for study groups or distributors. Overseeing and managing consignment stock in depots to boost sales while maintaining optimal stock levels, in collaboration with the logistics department. Qualifications Grade 12 (Matric) National Diploma or Degree in Agriculture CropLife / BASOS / AVCASA certificate (Essential) Skills 35 years of experience in Product Management. Computer Literate in Microsoft applications. Must be able to speak Afrikaans. Benefits Provident Fund Petrol Card Vehicle Maintenance
