About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic couple to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality as Field Guide / Lodge Anchor. As a key member of our intimate lodge environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while embracing the lifestyle and demands of remote safari lodge living. If you’re passionate about wildlife, hospitality, and providing top-notch service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interpretive game drives and, where qualified, guided bush walks in a Big Five reserve
  • Deliver engaging wildlife experiences with a strong focus on guest safety and education
  • Ensure vehicle maintenance, reserve protocols, and guiding standards are upheld
  • Assist with lodge operations when required, including guest hosting and activity coordination

Requirements

  • Valid FGASA qualification (minimum NQF2) and relevant guiding certifications
  • Preferably Trails qualification but not essential
  • Valid PDP and First Aid certification
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Professional, guest-focused, and safety-conscious approach
