About the Role
HotelJobs is currently recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager to join a luxury 5-star safari lodge in Limpopo. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and hands-on hospitality professional with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. They will demonstrate confident leadership, excellent operational oversight, and the ability to inspire a service-driven team across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the lodge
- Oversee staff training and development programs
- Ensure high standards of guest relations and satisfaction
- Coordinate with local suppliers and partners
- Monitor and control expenses, including financial and admin tasks
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and inventory management
Requirements
- 35 years senior management experience at a luxury lodge or camp
- Strong leadership, staff training, and guest service delivery skills
- Operational knowledge of all departments (FOH, BOH, HR, guest relations)
- Financial; admin, and stock control experience
- Highly organised, guest-focused, and results-driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
