Who we are looking for: An Events and On-Trade Activation Coordinator with a passion for creating standout brand experiences
What will you do:
Scope of the role: To implement and manage as tasked, the successful creation, development and roll-out of Client marketing communication in a TTL capacity and manage all required administrative tasks.
Responsibilities (included, but are not limited to):
Event Coordination
- Attend brand activations and events to oversee set up, break down, brand ambassadors and sales mechanic
- Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints
- Manage all event operations (preparing venue, invitations etc.)
- Do final checks at the day of the event (e.g. tables, technology) to ensure everything meets standards
- Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems
- Evaluate events success and submit reports
- Develop a complete understanding of the requirements for every event
- Research vendors and make selections based on their creativity, quality and cost
- Book venues, schedule guests, draft and finalise contracts and lock down day-of logistics
- Develop content for event materials and work with graphic designer
- Handle day-to-day administration of events and programmes, including order placements, vendor monitoring, travel planning, restaurant reservations, attendee participation, registration counts, RSVP tracking and issues resolution
- Trade show execution support, work with marketing team to plan and execute trade shows as well as support in planning and execution
- Administration: Check event recaps and organise event photos and provide weekly activation recaps and reports
- Marketing Inventory Management: Manage and organise event and activation collateral
What you need:
- Experience in working on events in the beverage sector would be preferred
- Own car and valid drivers license
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and thorough
- Time management
