Job Description
- Lead and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly targets
- Oversee the full used vehicle sales process, including sourcing, pricing, stock management, and merchandising
- Implement strategies to grow sales volumes and profitability
- Manage trade-ins, valuations, and stock turnaround
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain high CSI standards
- Drive marketing initiatives and digital advertising for the pre-owned department
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years’ management experience within the pre-owned/used vehicles environment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-service abilities
- Sound knowledge of market trends, valuations, and used-car operations
- Valid driver’s license
