About the Role
MPRTC Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Professional Quantity Surveyor – Construction to join our team in Polokwane, Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert quantity surveying services to ensure accurate cost management and budget control on construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and interpret Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and tender documentation
- Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control activities
- Manage project finances and ensure compliance with construction contracts and procurement processes
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives
- Travel to project sites as required
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (NQF Level 7)
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience
- Professional registration with SACQSP (essential)
- Experience in project management (advantageous)
