About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team at a game lodge in Limpopo. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious chef to grow their skills in a Game Lodge environment while contributing to exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily food preparation and cooking across different kitchen sections.
- Support senior chefs with menu execution and presentation.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are consistently maintained.
- Help with stock rotation, ordering, and basic kitchen administration.
- Participate in staff training and development activities.
Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts/Food Preparation (preferred).
- 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience, ideally in hotels, lodges, or restaurants.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and passion for food presentation.
Qualifications
Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts/Food Preparation (preferred).
