About the Role
Our client, a renowned Game Lodge in Limpopo, is seeking an ambitious Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. This exceptional opportunity will allow you to grow your skills in a Game Lodge environment while contributing to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily food preparation and cooking across different kitchen sections.
- Support senior chefs with menu execution and presentation.
- Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are consistently maintained.
- Help with stock rotation, ordering, and basic kitchen administration.
- Participate in staff training and development activities.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of professional kitchen experience, ideally in hotels, lodges, or restaurants.
- Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and passion for food presentation.
- Willingness to learn and grow under the guidance of senior chefs.
Qualifications
Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts/Food Preparation (preferred).
