It encompasses both online and offline channels, with the goal of reaching a wide range of potential guests. Plan and execute delivery schedules Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors Resolve customer issues and complaints Negotiate contracts with suppliers and distributors Requirements: Grade 12 A formal qualification At least 2 4 years experience in a similar role Knowledge of OTA extranets and Siteminder backend Strong understanding of revenue management and digital marketing within the hospitality industry
