About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Management Couple to join our luxury lodge in Madikwe, where you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of staff members
  • Oversee all departments and ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service
  • Develop and implement effective time management strategies
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to think on your feet
  • Work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a 5* property
  • Own Transport Driver’s license
  • Ability to manage a Team
  • Time management skills
  • Creative out of the box thinking
  • Outgoing personalities (ability to entertain guests)

Qualifications

  • FGASA Level 1 / Level 2 guiding qualifications (preferred)
  • All guiding qualifications up to date (Full Trails advantageous)
  • First Aid Level 1
  • Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills
