About the Role
An exclusive lodge in the heart of Madikwe Game Reserve is seeking an experienced management couple to join a luxury hospitality environment. This rare opportunity is ideal for a dynamic couple with proven five-star lodge experience to take ownership of operations, guest experience, and team management within a world-class safari setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily lodge operations, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee team management, schedules, and operational standards
- Develop and implement creative solutions to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain own transport and valid driver’s licenses
- Provide excellent hosting and communication skills
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a 5-star lodge or luxury hospitality environment
- Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and operational standards
- Independent, proactive management style with strong decision-making skills
- Creative, solution-focused mindset with strong guest engagement abilities
- Own transport and valid driver’s licenses
- Outgoing personalities with excellent hosting and communication skills
Qualifications
- Him: FGASA Level 1 (Level 2 preferred), all guiding qualifications valid
- Trails qualification (advantageous)
- First Aid Level 1
- Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills
- Hosting, basic HR, and fluent English skills
