Job Description: To manage an organized and profitable approved repair center, delivering high-quality service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Responsible for mentoring and leading all repair center staff. Key

Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the ARC Panel workshop, including production, repair, and maintenance activities. Manage and lead a team of skilled technicians and workers, providing guidance, training, and support. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency. Maintain inventory of materials and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of workmanship. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that arise in the workshop. Prepare and present regular reports on workshop performance, including productivity, quality, and safety metrics. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop processes and performance. Minimum Job

Requirements:

Senior Certificate (Grade 12) Computer literate (Office suite) Valid Drivers license Motor Dealership experience / Approved Repair Centre experience (3 years) Qualified Motor Technician (A certification) Management diploma Managerial experience within the Motor Dealership Industry / Approved Repair Centre An effective understanding of financial budgeting principals An effective understanding of the Labour Relations Act. 66 of 1995 An effective understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. 1993 Please note that only experienced candidates will be considered and contacted.
