Receptionist/General Administrator Working hours: 08h00 till 16h00 Start date: Immediately (ASAP) Minimum requirements: 1. Computer literate (Excel & Word) 2. Proficient in English & Afrikaans 3. A valid national matric certificate 4. Excellent communication skills 5. Candidates must have excellent typing skills 6. 2 years administrative experience Responsibilities: 1. Typing of reports/minutes 2. Stock takes, orders & quotations 3. Liaising with managers and clients in a professional manner telephonically and via e-mail. 4. Maintain and update goods issued/inter exchanges 5. Filing of documents 6. General administrative duties
