Key Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain high-quality full stack applications and data solutions . Lead technical design discussions and ensure best practices in coding, security, and testing. Drive requirement engineering and align solutions with business needs. Manage PICS process for Problems, Incidents, and Change management. Mentor junior developers and foster knowledge sharing. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product owners . Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation for deployments. Ensure data governance, quality, and security standards . Participate in code reviews, architecture reviews , and team planning sessions. Essential Skills 7 years hands-on experience in data engineering and full stack development . Strong knowledge of streaming data (Structured Streaming, Kafka, Delta Live Tables). Familiarity with materialized views, streaming tables, data catalogs . Proficiency in BI tools (Splunk, Power BI, Grafana). Experience with data security frameworks and compliance standards. Certifications in Databricks or cloud platforms. Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM templates). Experience with DevOps tools beyond CI/CD (monitoring, logging, alerting). Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell for automation. Understanding of machine learning pipelines and integration. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
