Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
- Full understanding of HR functions
- Good understanding of all the appropriate Acts (LRA, BCEA, OSHA, COID, EEA)
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Maintain confidentiality, tact, and discretion when handling sensitive data
- Advanced excel skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exhibit strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
- Own Transport
Key Performance Areas:
- Responsible and accountable for the full HR function.
- Management of daily HR related queries
- Payroll
- Responsible for recruitment, selection and placement of staff
- Managing and conducting disciplinary hearings in line with the company’s disciplinary code of conduct
- Administrating and maintaining HR policies
- Training and development of staff
- Performance appraisals & staff evaluations
