About the Role

Construct Executive Search is seeking an experienced Construction Director/Project Director to lead large-scale construction projects in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-value, complex projects and extensive experience in the Gulf/Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale construction projects in the Middle East region
• Develop and implement project strategies to achieve client objectives
• Manage project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other external parties to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts, commercial management, and contractor coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 20+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects
• Proven stadium project experience (sports, arenas, and large public venues)
• Extensive Gulf/Middle East experience (KSA, UAE, Qatar)
• Strong background in high-value, complex projects (mega developments, hospitality, mixed-use or infrastructure)
• Demonstrated leadership at Construction Director/Project Director level
