Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Develop financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze market trends, production costs, and profitability.
- Create financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Support pricing strategies, cost analysis, and capital investments.
- Partner with operations to enhance financial performance and KPIs.
- Conduct financial analysis for strategic initiatives and expansions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong financial modeling, cost analysis, and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and SAP ERP systems.
Preferred:
- MBA or professional certification (CPA, CFA, ACCA).
- Experience in manufacturing, business intelligence tools, and strategic planning.
Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial planning abilities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
