Our client is seeking a dedicated and qualified Pharmacist Assistant (Basic) to join their team. The ideal candidate will support the pharmacy in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused services while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards. Minimum Requirements Registration – valid registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) as a Pharmacist Assistant (Basic). Proof of compliance – current proof of registration and proof of payment to SAPC. Core Competencies Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong interpersonal abilities. Basic understanding of pharmaceutical processes, relevant legislation, policies, record keeping, and drug supply management. Ideally have 1 – 2 years of working experience in a retail pharmacy. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Strong customer relationship management skills. High level of integrity, reliability, and accountability. Results-driven with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure in a busy environment. Proactive, responsible, and committed to continuous learning.
