• A solid Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years` proven experience in warehouse operations at a senior leadership level.
• Expertise in warehouse design, layout optimization, and infrastructure development.
• Strong background in implementing systems and processes to elevate efficiency.
• Ability to craft and execute strategic initiatives, focusing on long-term growth over daily operations.
• A track record of success in FMCG, Logistics, or Manufacturing industries.

• Assess current warehouse solutions and develop new solutions with the aim of achieving continuous improvement.
• Ensure the alignment and integration of activities within warehousing (Warehouse and Distribution) with the rest of the business.
• Develop standard operating practices for all warehouse activities and ensuring that all these practices are aligned with the business governance (RACM) requirements.
• Sharing of operational best practices across countries.
• Align and engage with stakeholders internally and externally.
• Provide direction and leadership to teams through driving empowerment, accountability, a culture of forward thinking, innovation and continuous improvement (i.e. ensure the continuous modelling of operational performance to meet optimal customer service and cost objectives).
• Drive stock management and financial reconciliation of stock in warehouses.
