We’re looking for a driven Credit Controller to manage credit applications, payment allocations, account queries and overdue collections — ensuring smooth order flow and exceptional customer service.

What you’ll do:

• Approve credit applications and review credit limits
• Monitor and release blocked orders as a high priority
• Complete payment allocations within set turnaround times
• Resolve internal and external account queries promptly
• Contact customers on overdue accounts and issue dunning letters per policy
• Be responsible for a book of R3-5m with a high volume of accounts ie. approximately 300-350 accounts
• Prepare accurate adjustment journals and credit notes
• Maintain up-to-date digital records on SAP
• Collaborate closely with management and other departments

What we’re looking for:
Strong Credit Control / Accounts Receivable experience
SAP experience essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Detail-oriented, proactive and solutions-driven
