Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer accounts, including invoicing and reconciliations
- Process payments and monitor outstanding debts
- Follow up on overdue accounts and communicate with clients professionally
- Assist with month-end debtor reports and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate records of all debtor transactions
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in debtors, accounts, or finance administration is advantageous
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (e.g., Pastel, SAP)
