Job Summary
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility, driving engagement, and optimizing digital campaigns. Your expertise in social media, design, and content creation will contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives Content Creation and Optimization: Develop compelling and relevant content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, press releases, podcasts, and social media. Optimize content for SEO, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement. Social Media Management: Manage social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to maintain brand consistency and drive audience engagement. Create and schedule social media posts, monitor comments, and respond to inquiries. Design and Visual Content: Coordinate the creation of digital assets, including website graphics, banners, infographics, and videos. Ensure consistent branding across all digital touchpoints. Email Marketing Campaigns: Implement and manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and tracking performance metrics. Craft compelling email content to drive conversions and nurture leads. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor digital traffic using tools like Google Analytics. Optimize paid advertising campaigns based on performance data. Provide regular reports on campaign growth, KPIs, and ROI to stakeholders. Project Management: Oversee end-to-end digital projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets. Scale campaigns effectively to maximize results. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data for actionable insights. Conduct market research to inform campaign strategies.
