Requirements:

• Red Seal Installation Electrician (Section 13 or 26D) Essential
• Wiremans License (Registered with Dept. of Employment and Labour) Essential
• National Certificate in Electrical Engineering (NQF Level 4) or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License
• 35 years experience in commercial, industrial and residential electrical work
• Strong knowledge of SANS 10142-1 and South African electrical regulations
• Proficient with testing instruments (multimeter, insulation tester, loop tester)
• Advantage: Solar PV installation knowledge and software

Key Duties:

• Install, maintain and commission electrical systems, wiring and DB boards
• Issue and sign Certificates of Compliance (CoCs)
• Perform inspections, testing and fault-finding under pressure
• Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Ensure compliance with OHS Act and company safety protocols
• Liaise with clients and supervisors to ensure successful project delivery
