Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5–7 years’ proven experience in electronics sales, contract manufacturing, or related industries
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic components and manufacturing processes
- Demonstrated track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets
- CRM proficiency with the ability to manage leads, RFQs, and sales pipelines
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client engagement
Job Experience & Skills Required
- Drive new business development through networking, cold calling, and industry events
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships in the electronics space
- Convert RFQs into successful orders and ensure follow-through with internal teams
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence and revenue
- Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and QA teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to campaigns, events, and lead generation efforts
