Contract to permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide written reports to clients on repairs, service work, and returns
- Prepare, submit, and maintain accurate records of warranty claims
- Deliver technical support via phone and on-site visits to customers
- Offer technical support to the internal sales team
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and documentation
- Commission new equipment at customer sites
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment in specific customer applications
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and service calls
- Willingness to travel, including after-hours and cross-border assignments
- Assist in spare parts stock control and warehouse operations
- Support the preparation of customer quotations when required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Qualified Electrician or Technician with N3 or a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience in Control Systems
- Hands-on experience with Control Systems, Electronics, and/or Pneumatics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills—both written and interpersonal
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
