Hire Resolve is currently seeking a skilled Golf Project Manager to join our client’s team in Midrand. As a Golf Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing organisational and financial objectives by effectively managing multiple golf events and projects. This role aims to achieve financial targets through professional event and project management methodologies, ensuring successful implementation and management of golf sponsorship accounts and projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage client relationships, including creating commercial proposals and strategies
• Oversee marketing content and player management
• Understand and manage client deliverables and contractual agreements
• Communicate effectively with clients through meetings, ensuring accurate documentation and updates
• Prepare creative presentations and budgets for tenders and proposals
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for all allocated events
• Ensure new business targets are met and financial processes are adhered to
• Deliver sponsorship rights as per client contracts
• Manage all aspects of sponsorship including financial, project, broadcast, media, and logistical elements

Requirements

• Relevant Diploma/Degree qualification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Event/Project Management
• Solid hands-on experience with large supplier accounts in a high-pressure environment
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed
• Adaptability to a diverse workload and dynamic work environment
• Ability to handle stressful situations and challenging clients
• Professionalism in executive/client-level interactions
