Duties & Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management Handle incoming inquiries, build strong relationships with clients Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction Sales Support Process sales orders Prepare quotations Assist external Sales team in achieving targets. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the sales team and management. Product Knowledge Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s product offerings to assist customers effectively. Order Management Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to clients. Account follow up Monitor customer accounts, follow up on payments, and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. Market Awareness Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide information recommendations.
