Job Summary
Key
Responsibilities:
Client Support:
– Deliver proactive and reactive functional support for customer JDE systems.
– Troubleshoot issues, recommend workarounds, and work closely with developers or Oracle to resolve problems.
– Guide clients on JDE system configurations and best practices, ensuring seamless operations.
– Collaborate with client teams, third-party consultants, and internal experts to resolve system errors.
– Maintain and update system configurations regularly.
Project Work:
– Contribute to the design and specification of new JDE applications or modifications.
– Participate in testing and documentation for customizations and system changes.
– Lead ad-hoc projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementation, and client-specific enhancements.
Consulting & Collaboration:
– Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams, adapting quickly to unique client needs.
– Ensure adherence to Navisite Managed Services methods and processes.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
JDE Expertise: Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting or consulting on Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1). Familiarity with Warehouse Management within JDE is a plus.
Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, knowledge of SQL, and experience troubleshooting JDE errors and bugs.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to manage client interactions and offer solutions. Ability to adapt to new functionalities and client-specific customizations.
Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with data protection laws, including the DPA, EU GDPR, and local regulations.
