Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyse monthly financial statements for multiple entities
  – Manage balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and month-end close within Shared Services
  – Oversee centralised billing, costing, revenue recognition & WIP
  – Ensure accurate VAT, tax submissions, and statutory compliance across business units
  – Support budgeting, forecasting & variance reporting
  – Drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls & support audits (internal/external)

Skills & Requirements:

• BCom Accounting / Finance (Honours advantageous)
  – 3–5 years’ experience as a Financial Accountant (logistics shared services / freight / supply chain preferred)
  – Strong understanding of shared services operations, financial cycles & high-volume environments
  – Experience with logistics/industry systems (CargoWise advantageous)
  – Strong technical accounting, analytical and reporting skills
  – Excellent communication, stakeholder management & process-driven mindset
