About the Role

Pro-Match Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and organized Junior Debtors Clerk to join our team in Midrand. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing our debtors’ book, handling insurance management, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the debtors’ book and ensure timely collection of payments
Handle insurance management for the company’s fleet (maintain policies, log claims, and follow up on claims)
Perform general administrative duties to support the finance and operations teams
Communicate effectively with internal staff, clients, and service providers
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

Requirements

Matric (essential)
0–2 years’ relevant experience
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Multilingual abilities (advantageous)

Qualifications

A degree or tertiary qualification (advantageous)
