Hire Resolve’s client is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Practitioner to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both litigation and transactional matters, with a focus on providing high-quality legal services to our clients. The Legal Practitioner will be responsible for advising clients on legal matters, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings, and providing legal opinions on various issues.

Key Responsibilities:
– Providing legal advice to clients on a variety of legal matters
– Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and pleadings
– Representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and negotiations
– Conducting legal research and analysis on complex legal issues
– Collaborating with other legal professionals and support staff to ensure effective representation of clients
– Keeping abreast of changes in the law and updating clients accordingly

Qualifications:
– Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in legal research and writing
– Experience in litigation and transactional matters preferred
