Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates and project budgets Manage and monitor project costs throughout the lifecycle Evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations Assist in contract negotiations and procurement Conduct site visits and liaise with site/project teams Compile progress reports and cost analyses Minimum Requirements: 35 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role Proven exposure to construction, formwork, and scaffolding projects Relevant qualification : BTech, BSc, or National Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control Proficiency in MS Excel and QS-related software Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills.
