ESSENTIAL SKILLS: SAP Success Factor Employee Central and Time Management Provisioning expert / Configuration SAP Success Factors Certified Employee Central Core Main focus EC Rollout and SAP Success Factors Time Management Time Management SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Timesheet SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking Main focus on Employee Central Time Management with sound knowledge on Employee Central Core Design and Rollout to various locations, SF EC Template design Operation support (when needed) ITSM change ticket creation JIRA/Confluence Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS: JIRA/Confluence knowledge advantage (Agile) SuccessFactors: Payroll SAP SF CPI “Cloud Platform Integration” understanding or previous working experience QUALIFICATIONS: SAP SuccessFactor certified in requirement modules Strong experience in Applications Operations MS Excel (Strong Formula knowledge) Good understanding of system landscape to design adequate and governance compliant to secure role design and user provisioning.
