Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full accounting function including general ledger, reconciliations, and monthly journals
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial analysis, and variance reporting
• Oversee cost accounting processes and provide financial insights to support manufacturing operations
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and year-end processes
• Strengthen internal controls and support audit activities

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: BCom Accounting (minimum requirement)
• Experience: At least 8 years’ accounting experience, with proven exposure in the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, stock management, and production-related financial processes
• Proficient in MS Excel and experienced with ERP systems
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
