About the Role: As a ServiceNow Developer specializing in Reporting and AI, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in IT Service Management will be essential in ensuring that our service delivery processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practices. Essential Skills

Requirements:

Practical knowledge in one or more of the following: ServiceNow development (mostly UI Builder, Flows, Performance analytics, Reporting, Platform Analytics, Generative AI, Scripting in ServiceNow, Virtual Agent) Alternatively sound JavaScript development experience and willingness to quickly learn ServiceNow development Service Management, ITIL Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter Qualifications and Experience Required: Completed University Degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence or similar. Ideally experienced in developing with ServiceNow Sound knowledge of JavaScript, ideally also JellyScript ITIL Certification advantageous Min 8 years working experience in IT Service Management Role and
