Insure Adviser Assistant | Modimolle, Limpopo
Hire Resolve is seeking a dedicated Insure Adviser Assistant to join a premier financial services team in Modimolle. This junior-level role is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional with a strong background in the short-term insurance industry.
(This role would include benefits such as Medical Aid, Provident fund which are up to candidate to decide on)
Key Responsibilities:

Adviser Support: Manage the Advisers diary by arranging appointments with clients and prospects.

Client Coordination: Greet guests upon arrival and act as the primary point of contact for redirecting calls and relaying messages.

Administrative Management: Prepare prospective client files, handle expenses, and manage all incoming/outgoing mail.

Policy Administration: Assist with policy amendments and the preparation of renewals.

Office Logistics: Provide general office management and administration to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Requirements:

Education: Grade 12 (Matric) and a valid RE 5 Certificate.

Experience: 35 years of relevant short-term insurance experience. Experience in underwriting and claims is highly beneficial.

Technical Skills: Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Languages: Fluent in English and at least one other official South African language.

Attributes: Resourceful and proactive with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
