What you`ll do: Lead the pack: Manage the entire packhouse operation, including staff (80-100), production, and administration. Quality champion: Provide strong leadership and direction to ensure quality product output, accuracy, and consistent processes throughout the packhouse. (Think happy customers) Logistics maestro: Oversee logistics to keep the supply chain running smoothly. Safety first: Enforce high standards of health and safety practices to create a safe and healthy work environment for your team. Master of details: Manage audits, technical requirements, and keep the paperwork in order. Team builder extraordinaire: Motivate and empower your team members to achieve their best. Who you are: A high school graduate (matric), with a bonus for a Diploma in Agriculture or Food Hospitality. A seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in a packhouse or agricultural environment. A natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Numbers whiz with a knack for planning and meticulous execution. A self-disciplined team player with honesty and integrity at your core.
